Rashad Staton, Catalyst of Change
Executive Director

 A Baltimore native, Rashad D. Staton, is a 26-year-old community organizer and entrepreneur who graduated top of his class as a student athlete from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. From there, Rashad attended Morgan State University where he earned a B.A. in Political Science, while also serving as a United States Congressional Intern and serving concurrently as President of National Pan Hellenic Council and Vice President of the Student Government Association. Since graduation, Rashad has co-founded two businesses, campaigned as one of the city’s youngest Democratic candidate for Baltimore City Council for the 12th District. Most recently, Rashad has been accepted as a Fellow for the Campaign for Black Male Achievement’s BBCLF Fellowship, Johns Hopkins Bunting Neighborhood
