Early Voting

Early voting will be held from Thursday, October 24, 2024 through Thursday, October 31, 2024. Early voting centers will be open from 7 am to 8 pm.

Early voting will occur at eight locations throughout Baltimore City

  • The League for People with Disabilities, 1111 East Coldspring Lane, Baltimore, MD 21239

  • Mount Pleasant Ministries, 6000 Radecke Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21206

  • Public Safety Training Center, 3500 Northern Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21215

  • Southeast Anchor Library, 3601 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224

  • James McHenry Recreation Center, 911 Hollins Street, Baltimore, MD 21223

  • Farring-Baybrook Recreation Center, 4501 Farring Court, Baltimore, MD 21225

Vote by mail

Step 1: Request your ballot

To request a mail-in ballot:

  1. Request a ballot online at vote.md.gov/NeedBallot

  2. Receive your ballot by mail or fax Mail or hand deliver this form by 8pm on Tue, 10/29/2024. Or Email or fax this form or apply online by 11:59pm on Tue, 10/29/2024.

  3. Print your ballot from an email Mail or hand deliver this form by 5pm on Fri, 11/1/2024. Or Email or fax this form or apply online by 11:59pm on Fri, 11/1/2024.

Step 2: Return your ballot

There are two ways to return your mail-in ballot:

  1. Mail your ballot back to the Baltimore City Board of Elections Office (Benton Office Bldg. 417 E. Fayette St., Rm. 129 Baltimore, MD 21202-3432). The ballot must be postmarked by 8 pm on November 5, 2024.

  2. Return your ballot to a ballot dropbox in Baltimore City. You see a list of locations here.


Election Day!

Polling places across Baltimore City will be open from 7 am to 8 pm on Election Day, November 5, 2024. You can look up your polling location here.
